The original pastry, The Rebel Within, hails from the famous San Francisco bakery, Craftsman & Wolves, known for its Asiago cheese, scallions, and breakfast sausage. I've added an Italian twist by swapping in Pecorino/Parmesan, chives, and guanciale.
